Documented capabilities

- Dashboard, keyboard search, and an optional Dock are in the stated product scope; the README cautions that features are at different implementation stages.

- A clean Windows 11 x64 session must pass the documented interactive acceptance suite before V1 release qualification.
- The preview builds are unsigned test artifacts, not permanent release assets.
